Myopic (myopia).....what the risk when ignore to use glass??
My friend is myopic (myopia) and he dont want use a glass or even a lens for his eyes. Whenever he want see something (like reading, watch TV) he force his eyes to see it and now his eyes become worse......... I want to know the risk of it and can his eyes be blind or blur if he still dont want use the glass or lens and keep force his eyes to looking at something....

Eyestrain and headaches are the risks.
He may be able to read comfortably depending on how nearsighted he is.
He won't go blind, his vision will be fuzzy the farther away he is from what hes looking at, at the worst end of it he will still be able to see light and dark.
Its silly not to be able to see clearly when its so easy to fix.

I have the same thing i wore glasses like my whole life but a month ago I got contact lenses and they are great. I cant even tell im wearing them now I dont know how I ever did without them.

well because nature is nature and it will do anything to get what it wants
your eyes will literally start popping out of your head....bad enough, people with myopia already have eyeballs that look like hard boiled eggs , nobody wants that to get worse
its unattractive lol
but the longer you eye sight is corrected indeed the less headaches you get
and indeed the more fun you have into tricking nature that you have perfect eyesight
=D

Well, his eyes may or may not get worse. But the thing is he is depriving himself of life quality which is really stupid. Maybe one day he will run into something and hit his head really hard becuase he can not see, then some sense will be knocked into him and he will wear glasses. Tadah! STUPID PILL......

eyestrain, heaaches, and worse vision! if you dont use glasses when you need them your vision will get worse. i know from experience

It sounds like he's not nearly as bad as I am. I really can't function without glasses or contacts. In fact, if I'm not wearing something right now, I wouldn't even be able to read the computer screen and it's less than two feet away from my face.
