Improving mild myopia? |
I have been recently diagnosed with mild myopia (-1 diopeter). I am 20 years old. I was wondering if there is ways to improve my myopia or prevent it from worsening. Is it possible to prevent myopia from worsening and is eye exercises useful? I believe I have a bit of myopia due to uni studies.
