Improving mild myopia?

I have been recently diagnosed with mild myopia (-1 diopeter). I am 20 years old. I was wondering if there is ways to improve my myopia or prevent it from worsening. Is it possible to prevent myopia from worsening and is eye exercises useful? I believe I have a bit of myopia due to uni studies.

There is a way to prevent your vision from worsening and improve your vision. It's called natural vision improvement and consists of various eye exercises and practices. Since your condition is mild, you can eliminate it completely within a month or two.

Natural vision improvement is debated by many people, but it works! I suffered from bad vision and was told by many people (including eye doctors) that vision can't be improved and can only get worse. Yet through eye exercises my vision did improve.

You'll find more information about natural vision improvement here:

Best regards,

less reading.

other than that...nothing. no "eye exercises" work. see clearly method and bates method do not work.
