How to increase myopia (nearsightedness)?

Hi everyone, I have myopia on my both eyes one 3.75 and the other 4.00, for some reasons I want to INCREASE my nearsightness to around 4.75 by 4.5 in about two to three weeks, please, please answer me if you know a way for diong this. I know this will be irreversible. please help me. thanks

well u can increase ur eye sight by studying more & more in dim light / do works in very high power light sources which causes much strain to ur eyes particularly working huge hrs in computer without using ur spex / must spare ur SLEEP & do more straing works.... remember that u should'nt use ur power glasses while doing these works... All these effects'll usualy cause eye impairment.... well before concluding EYES R ONE OF OUR MOST PRECIOUS GIFT WHICH EVERYONE INDULGE IN TAKING MORE CARE SINCE ALL OUR ACTIVITIES MAINLY DEPENDS ON OUR SIGHT... SO PLEASE TAKE CARE OF UR FRAGILE EYES.... THAN DAMAGING...

well,goodness gracious me,the popular conception is that you can do this by reading in poor light or by not shifting your focus although this is reliable only in the growing eye
the too obvious answer is to wear glasses for is it hyperopia or longsightness or to have the wrong kind of laser surgery usually used for correcting long sightedness or rather what i mean is have the edges burnt out in panphotocoagulation the aim of which is to have the eyes become more like a near sighted eye as hte optical boys notices that in diabletes near sighted eyes did not get the leaky blood vessel formation that is the body's response to blocked capilliaries
