Is there any eye treatments for someone with myopia ?

I suffer myopia, can you show me the way to reduce it as fast as possible without LASIK surgery ??

On TV, there is this company that advertises I believe some sort of eye exercise technique to reduce, or eliminate myopia. I"m sorry that I don't recall the company name, or anything about it, but common sense tells me this technique is HIGHLY questionable. If it were that good, myopia would be eradicated in no time, and eye doctors would lose over half of their business income.

the only thing u can do is to start using soft contact lenses,its v comfortable and safe if u respect the procedure xx no other way to solve it,just surgery xx

You can always wear glasses or contacts to correct your myopia. There's also a contact lens procedure called orthokeratology (Ortho-K for short). It's temporary, but has similar effects as LASIK. Ask your eye doctor if you're interested. And just so you know, there are no eye exercises that have been proven to reduce myopia.
