What are some natural cures for myopia?

I have very bad myopia..more than -5 on both eyes..can someone link or advise me about any natural remedies? (natural like..: accupressure, herbs, supplements)

You can't "cure" myopia. It's due to the shape of your eye and how are you going to change that? Corrective lenses or laser surgery, if you're a candidate. Period.
