Yes, it can (unless there are some contraindications).

Depends on corneal thickness and pupil size, you need to obtain a lasik eval which is usu complimentery at lasik centers.

This is assuming in you are in good health and there is no other contraindications to lasik

it can be done but you possibly will not get perfect vision and may still need specs or contact lenses but in a much smaller prescription strength.......I enquired about 1yr ago and i'm -9.25 i decided it was too expensive though
