what should i do to completely cure my eyes..???

can i cure myself completely by wearing glasses?

Myopia is actually prescriptions which have minus (-) sign in front of them. If yours has a plus you actually have hyperopia (farsightedness). Usually when adolescents go through a growth spurt it can change their eyesight. Unless you have more growth spurts your vision will probably stay that way through adulthood.... well until your around 40! I really don't think you can cure yourself from wearing glasses, but if you need them to drive or see things comfortably then wear them. Also you could consider getting contact lenses. If those options aren't appealing maybe you should look into getting laser eye surgery :) Hope that helps

Plus numbers indicate hyperopia. So these numbers show farsightedness.(not myopia, nearsightedness)
The only "cure" for a refractive error is laser surgery.
Glasses and contact lenses focus the vision while they are worn. They do not "cure" the refractive error.

As it was already stated, an Rx of + something is hyperopia -- farsightedness.

You really cannot cure your eyes.

People who go through procedures such as lasik surgery for severe myopia (nearsightedness) will still eventually require glasses for later years, for presbyopia.

Your powers indicate farsightedness or hyperopia. If you can still get to 20/20 with your glasses, then you may be a candidate for a procedure such as LASIK, or clear lens extraction with an intraocular lens implantation.

If your vision has changed acutely, seek medical attention, as that may be a sign of a more serious medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension or MS.

myopia is just the proper term for short-sightedness. I wouldn't say that it's a disabillity as many people have it mildly and don't need glasses.
