Is Myopia a disability with the eye? myopia is just the proper term for short-sightedness. It is a defect, yes. Yes, Myopia is nearsightedness. Those with Myopia typically can see nearby objects clearly but distant objects appear blurred. It's caused by the lens going out of shape. Since a majority of people suffer from it at some stage in their lives, it's not so much a disability as a design fault. It shouldn't be a disability, but is a defect of you eye. It's simply nearsightedness, where one sees things close up more clearly and it blurs at a distance. Glasses or contact lenses are needed. Even lasik surgery is an option. It is a disability if you were a hunter but not if a gatherer. Not necessarily a disability - but a defect in the eye - a defect which is also very prevalent amongst politicians too Myopia is certainly a problem with the eye, it's short- or near-sightedness. yes, known as shortsightedness dont know |

There is no such thing as a limit that anyone can know in advance. Every individual grows and changes ... do a laser treatment--Lasik or PRK--Lasik is safe and easy and u get back on ur feet in a day or two--find out if u can do it for ur set of eyes--they gotta take ur pressure and eye stuff then u go... myopia is related to many factors like genetics , nutrition and excess close work look i ll make u understand this by that put in ur mind that ur eye ball needs nutrtion to be strong and u lack ... |
