Myopia cure?

I'm myopic. Plz tell me a way to cure it.
Also tell if, lemon is good for eyes in any way for my eyes.

Two cures. If you're young, get glasses. When you get older, it'll probably cure itself...Lemon? Never heard of that.

Myopia? Isn't that near-sightedness? I don't think there's a real cure for it, other than spectacles, contact lenses or maybe laser treatment - though I believe laser treatment is for far-sighted. I might be wrong.
