I have myopia and would like to know how my eyeball got so long? |
I have severe nearsightedness and I know the primary cause is because my eyeball is too long... myopia is related to many factors like genetics , nutrition and excess close work look i ll make u understand this by that put in ur mind that ur eye ball needs nutrtion to be strong and u lack it so the muscles of near vision will work and make the eye ball to stretch a lil bit and so on . so when u lack good nutriton or u have weak collagen (the material of eye ball ) bc of ur genetics or u r doining excess close work all these r risks for myopia ... wearing strong powers will not worsen ur vision power by time it will protect it to go worse my advise to u to lower ur close works and take some breaks and rest to ur eyes and u have to eat some food rich in vitamin A like carrots and vegetables |
