Natural cure for myopia (near-sightedness)? |
I've read somewhere that regular, deep relaxation for your eyes can gradually correct vision; is this true? Are there other methods? Thanks. Unfortunately there isn't a natural cure for Myopia. Don't be mislead by those ads claiming they can help. It's anatomically impossibly. I'm sure there are methods like that and I'm sure they do minimal correction. Laser surgery is a whole lot faster and more effective though! Other than squint I don't know you should reserach eye exercises to try and train your eyes. I don't think relaxing will work. No one has ever won an Olypic medal from relaxing on the couch. ya..you shld try YOGA.. not one that works. never happened and never will do |
