None of the above. Death.

More than 50% of all initial heart attacks result in patient death.

B. Dysrhytmias

the answer is B- dysrthmias are one of the earliest because they are caused by a blockage in the electrical pathways of the heart cause by damage to tissue from the infarct.

Congestive heart failure is usually a side effect from a M.I. or it is a chronic disease related to prolonged untreated hypertension, but can also show up in a m.i. depending on its severity and location, but usually a late sign with left sided heart damage.

Cardiogenic shock is a laten sign. a very dangerous late sign. this is common in older folks and more so males who put off chest pain as indigestion, or in older folks who have a high pain tolerance due to age and or diabetes. this type of shock generally comes in to play 16-24 hours after the infarct, and is commonly irreversible.

rupture of the heart i would say if its an early sign, its the last sign also. very dangerous and fatal.

if theres anything else you need help with let me know
