Why is the rate of myocardial infarction (or CAD, CHD) in young indians high?

1. What are the genetic risk factors for myocardial infarction?
2. Are genetic risk factors solely responsible for myocardial infarction ? If so, which ones?
3. How is diet linked with heart disease?
4. The relation between diet and genetic risk factors for heart disease.

eat less meat become in a future a vegetarian and star exercise routine like walk couple miles every day until you are able to walk 4 miles everyday in less than 58 min.
withis you already knock dow 70% risk.

Perhaps it has to do with the high number of vegetarians in India. There wasn't as much disadvantage to those with high risk genes, because many of them didn't eat meat. So these persons didn't die at a young age? I duno, that sound kinda lame.

How bout dumb luck?
Diet and heart disease is easy. Fat and cholesterol in your diet turns into plaques and arteriosclerosis, clogging up your arteries. When your corononary arteries get clogged up enough, your heart suffocates.
