Then what happens in ECG in nrmal myocardial infarction?

iam not referring to acute myocardial infarction

There is no term like noraml myocardial infarction either it is acute , or old MI. In MI blood supply of myocardium is blocked due to eiter a plaque in Coronaries or spasm or rupture of plaque blocking it.
The electrocardiological canges occuar in a seqence with onset of MI the ST segment start rising & R waves dicrease in height After few hrs q waves start appearing in affected leads depending on which coronary artery are blocked, The ST segemnt may rise further or reaches a platue after thromolysis & other treatmet St segment start settle down & T waves becomes down ward .
In old MI the findings may be QS pattern ( absent r waves ) with inverted T waves or nornal upright T waves in affected leads.
