Common sites for myocardial infarction? but wondering why you want to know this? The site of the infarction will sometimes depend on your acontributing condition, but inferior, lateral, inferior lateral MIs are common, I've seen quite a few while treating pts.Also, septal wall MIs and sometimes posterior as well.
