Uncomplicated MI vs MI?

Does anyone know what the difference is between uncomplicated myocardial infarction and myocardial infarction? Also, what is the peak level of creatine kinase (CK) is serum/plasma of someone with uncomplicated myocardial infarction?

there is a specific time peak where the ck is elevated the most. I need that time for a patient with uncomplicated myocardial infarction.

Pretty simple, actually. One is "uncomplicated", meaning without complications. In other words, fairly minimal heart damage, no heart failure.

It would make sense that the other is "complicated", meaning with more significant damage, some heart failure, etc.

The peak CK level is quite variable, from patient to patient. It rarely used because it's a nonspecific test. CK can be elevated from ANY muscle damage, not just the heart.

On the other hand, an "isoenzyme", the CK-MB is much more specific to the heart. Variants of "troponin" are more specific still.
