What are the cardiac enzymes that are tested to confirm the diagnosis of myocardial infarction?

CPK
CPK-MB
myoglobin
Troponin I or T

In the olden days we also checked LDH and its isoenzymes

one of the blood tests is called a troponin test. if it comes back high, the person has most likely suffered cardiac damage

Myoglobin,Troponin, CPK-mb, CPK and sometimes serum myosin light chain.

AS FAR AS ENZYMES I AM NOR SURE. BUT TROPONIN IS ONE OF THE THREE MUSCLE FIBRES AND LOOSE TROPONIN IN THE BLOOD STREAM IS A VERY GOOD INDICATOR THAT A MI (MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION) HAS TAKEN PLACE. WHEN THE BLOOD FLOW TO THE CARDIAC MUSCLE IS INTERUPTED THE MUSCLE DIES, AND THE BEST INDICATOR IS THE DETECTION OF FREE TROPONIN IN THE BLOOD-GOOD LUCK!

1)troponin 1
2)creatine kinase
3)ck-mb
4)leucocyte
5)esr
6)ldh level
