What disease the social waorker have?

two days after sustaining myocardial infarction, confirmed by ECG changes and the finding of a raised total creatine kinase, a 54-year-old social worker complained of discomfort in the right epigastrum. on examination, the jugular venous pressure was elevated and the liver was slightly enlarged and tender. the bilirubin level in seum is slightly high and the creatine kinase level is very high on admission.

sorry, this is a question for Gregory House. Sounds like liver troubles to me.
