Does anyone here have myasthenia gravis?

I already know everything about this disease i just wanted to know if there were some people affected by it like me.......and i've also had surgery from it.

I have just been diagnosed with it and frankly don't know what to expect. I've just started taking medication-mestinon-can't really tell any difference yet. It's only been a few days. So far no bad side effects. Did you have a thymectomy? I'm worried about sudden attacks or respiratory difficulties. Have you experienced those?
