Does Becker muscular dystrophy affect someone's behavior? |
I have a friend who is 47 years old and has Becker muscular dystrophy. He is confined to a wheelchair now but still able to move somewhat, and is still able to talk. I've known him for 10 years now and have noticed that over time his moods have become worse, and his has more of a bad temper now and he doesn't seem to be able to control his impulses. He says things he doesn't mean, raises his voice a lot and can be really short with people. I was wondering if people with this disorder, or people who know those with this disorder have noticed mood problems? I'm not sure but here's a good website to check out. Hope it helps, good luck. |
