Does creatine can help muscular dystrophy?

i was suffer in muscular dystrophy for 20 years. i just want to know that if creatine help muscular dystrophy.

Part of that would depend on which muscular dystrophy you have??? But I can tell you I am not sure about creatine but I do know they have been having great success with Steroids and Co EnzymeQ10. My son has a neuro muscular disorder and he is on Co Enzyme Q10 and it is wonderfull. He has increased enegy and less time where he feels weak. The major trials have been done with Duchenes muscular dystrophy. Ask your neurologist about it. They have all the information on it. It was my sons neurologist who put him on it.
