Muscle strain help..?

I think i have a muscle strain in my right sholder, what can i do to make it heal? I'm not sure if it is exactly a muscle strain but when i was walking around just now i kept my arm straight or bent but not moving and it still hurt, it's tender to touch and hurts to move any way it can. If you need more information let me know and i will add more. thanks in advance.
