Can muscle strain like pain be on the lower spine area when bending? |
It started right after I woke up. Before sleep, there is nothing wrong with my back and everthing was fine. It hurts when I bend or stretch a little. It is not a stinging pain, more like muscle pain. I cannot think of anyother reason of something that could've develop over night rather than a bad posture. In my teen years. Pain did decreased a little and still have it on the second day. What do you think it is? I'm concern because it's by the spine. Are there muscles there? How could I have gotten it? I get the same thing around my rib cage first thing in the morning and only feels better once im up and moved around a bit. i've had it ever since my teens too. I think its just because you may not move around much in your sleep so your muscles are stiffening up. |
