Muscle strain in my back/rib?


ok for the past two and a half weeks i have had short shap pains in my back but its only when i move or bend to a certain angle...does anyone know what it could possible be/?

plus if you know what it is please give me some ways to get rid of it quickly i have football practice in two weeks

Sounds like a strained muscle or pinched nerve. Try icing and taking Ibuprofen for swelling. You can also use ice/hot patches or get the muscle cream called Bio Freeze. Don't do any lifting or bending for a while or you'll just aggravate it more. If it doesn't get better within a week you might wanna go see a sports massage therapist.
