Which herbs added to a hot bath is good for a muscle strain? |
For a pulled muscle, which herbs will be soothing if you had to add them to a hot bath? The list of possible herbs you can use is virtually endless. Purchasing enough herbs to make the bath effective, however, can be very costly. Epsom salt bath Try Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils......:) Hot bath can be good, but for a pulled muscle be sure to follow it up with a nice ice pack before you go to sleep. Eucalyptus and lavender try it its wonderful you might even add a few drops of tea tree oil. Anything you like the smell of will be soothing to your mind, but as far as the muscles go, the hot bath alone is the treatment and herbs don't add any extra benefit. the best I've found is a plain |
