How can I relieve the pain of a shoulder muscle strain without Ibuprofen? |
I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder and I cannot take Ibuprofen due to a stomache issue. It's killing me and keeping me up at night. Ice (cryotherapy). If you do not have an 'icepack' designed for this, you can use a large bag of frozen vegetables (peas or corn). Hi! Sorry to hear...you can purchase 100% pure aromatherapy oil in lavender. It's an analgesic (pain reliever).Massage a teaspoon of olive oil and 6 drops of lavender oil over shoulder and whole area. The lavender will not only heal the strain and kill the pain but it was also help you to sleep. After your shoulder is healed, you can use the lavender for sore throats (gargle with 1 drop in warm water),headaches (1 drop on temples or over pain),Breakouts/boils,earaches,cuts, really, any kind of pain. Hope you feel better really soon! |
