When i flex my bicep it does not move after doin to many pullups.. muscle strain? or nerve damage?

this past sunday i worked my bicep muscles to the max with bicep pullups n pushd myself.. after my arms were dead the nex hour i tried flexin and there was no bicep muscle.. evry other muscle was fine tricep forearm etc.. but no bicep muscle in both of my arms.. i cant even lift everydaythings witout strugglin (groceries, full laundry baskets etc..).. please come back with a solution. can i do other workouts still besides my bicep or should i fully rest everything.. remeber i had no muscle since this past sunday april 1st.

i think you have probably reached your potential size with your physiological set point. The only way to change your set point is to change your diet. In order to refine what you have you need to perform you bicep/triceps exercise with less weight, and more repetition.
