Is there a home test kit for muscle damage or rhabdomosis?

I have a rare muscle disorder called Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis. This problem doesn't USUALLY include muscle swelling and damage. But I may be one of the "lucky" ones who gets rhabdomyosis. What I'm looking for is a home test kit, urine test strip or quick blood test that can tell me, when my legs are swollen, if I'm having ongoing muscle damage. Is there something out there that tests urine for CK, CPK, protein or nitrogen levels?

Believe me, this is NOT a condition to be diagnosed or managed at home!!! Rhabdomyosis can be life-threatening, and you need to see a medical doctor if you even remotely think you may be experiencing it.
By the way; there are NO home tests available, for good reason!
