I am 14 5'0 and 113 (muscle) and my doctor said only way I could lose muscle is on starvation diet?

So I am considering it but Im already kinda have had eating disorder for these 4 years so is it safe? It would be monitored by him. When I do will I lose all the muscle weight quickly or slowly. Since muscle weighs more than fat will I lose like alot alot of weight. I used to be an athlete now I have no use for muscle.

Legend- by "softer" you mean fatter dont you. Well Im not going to let that happen.
Abagahah- My doctor was not kidding.

Why? You are nearly the ideal weight for your size. You always have use for muscle- your whole life you will use it for all kinds of things.

I dont think you need to lose weight at all.

DONT DO IT. That could cause a chemical reaction in your brain, making it a habit, which could lead to Anorexia.

Your doctor is a moron. Do they know you have an eating disorder? You can lose muscle simply by not using it as much. With less protein in your diet I assume they will go away also - but do NOT deprive your body of those nutrients. Don't deprive it of anything again. If you're going to cut back on protein, do it only if you feel you are getting enough first so that you are able to eat less of it and still not be deficient.

However, the best, healthiest, easiest way I can think of is to simply use the muscles a lot less. But please be careful.

Don't do it. Over time the muscle will fade away as you won't be training it.
Muscle is never a bad thing so just stay the way you are and eventually the muscle you've built up will fade away.

Your doctor was probably just kidding.
Don't even consider it because like the other guy said, it could lead to anorexia and that could eventually kill you.
Especially since you've had eating disorders. It could be uncontrollable again. Think of it this way. If you don't want fat, and don't want muscles... what's left?

Muscle = Good

Don't go on the starvation diet! Not only could you put yourself at risk for health problems, but it is also not necessary. Your weight is fine for your frame and being well-toned is actually more attractive. At age 14, you are not yet physically mature. Over the next couple of years, you will probably gain a "softer" look, since you are no longer training for athletics and your body is still maturing. Also, muscle is most easily lost through atrophy; in other words, if you are not using the muscles athletically, they will get smaller over time. So, starvation is not necessary to attain the more feminine physique you are looking for.

Wow , That's a messed up doctor. Deffinitely don't starve yourself. If you want to lose muscle, just don't work out. After a while after not keeping up on them.. they should go away.
