How can i stop being hungry all the time and increasing weight, muscle?

I normally have times when im really hungry, which lasts for about a week, and times where i hardly eat, which also lasts for about a week, so it all equals out.

but just lately, these past few weeks since ive been doing a paper round 6 mornings every week i feel like i'm eating so much more.
the first week i started my round i lost weight
now i'm gaining it, is it muscle?

how can i stop being hungry all the time?
but not by having like 5 small meals a day, as this would be hard for me because of school etc

i also think i have an eating disorder, or like an unhealthy view of food, i'm always thinking about it, and if i ate something i wish i didn't, and making my self sick sometimes is becoming tempting .. or taking indigestion tablets to stop my hunger.

help??

by the way
i dont want to actually increase my weight
its just that ive been gaining weight since i have been doing my paper round and was wondering if thats muscle?
at first i was losing it now im gaining weight

i suggest drinking three glasses of milk daily. it contains high amount of calcium which is good for burning fat. as well, it contains protein which is essential for building strong muscles. if your hungry eat an apple. its been proved that an apple can take away your hunger. i suggest you eat a lot in the morning and little at night. this is because you can burn those calories that you ate in the morning all throughout the day. while anything you eat at *** after 7:00 turns directly into fat. eat fruits and vegetable good for fat burning. participate in sports. and that's all i can offer you for advice

lots or protein and lean meats, will help built muscle tissue. try to eat 5 or 6 small meals (or healthy snacks) throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going.

drink alot of water with lemon in it.
i started working out a couple months ago. i am alot more active now, and have been trying to eat healthy.
i've gained about 5 pounds, go figure. darn.
i feel better and stronger, though.
and i'm sleeping better.
