What are some ways i can gain weight and or muscle fast? |
I had an eating disorder when i was 6 wks old so my metabolism is very high...so its hard for me to gain weight and muscle. To gain weight, the key is eat high calorie density food e.g. high calorie but small size food such as peanut butter chocolate cream cake. Eat and don't exercise. :) Hey David I am not sure about the gaining weight part but to be muscular you can go to the gym and lift weights. The trick in becoming more muscular in the gym is the heavier the weights the bigger you get... If you want to decrease the weight you do more reps and less weights. Try It!! |
