When I exhurt myself, my body gets so sore and aches just like I have the flu.? |
Can anyone tell me any hints of why, maybe arthritus? Or maybe a muscle disorder? Help! Do you work out normally? If you don't have a normal excercise routine, your body will enter what is called an anaerobic phase when you exert yourself where your muscles don't have the oxygen they need and lactic acid is formed which makes your muscles sore and achy. Aerobic excercise builds the amount of oxygen carried in your blood enabling your muscles to obtain the fuel they need. If you don't aerobically excercise, your muscles are starving for oxygen when you exert them---- result is sore and achy muscles. However, it may be something more so consult your doctor before starting any excercise routine. It is probably caused by a build up in Lactic acid which happens because you are inactive most of the time, then when you do EXERT yourself, you don't stretch and take care of your body afterwards. Move more and you will hurt less! |
