Suggest an active Multiple Sclerosis message board? |
I am having a difficult time find a very active message board for multiple sclerosis (MS). Can anyone suggest one that they know of? I have tried several and have foudn no luck. What I am looking for is a supportive community that activly participates regularly with the majority of posts being responded to. I have foudn a couple of boards by myself and had no responses to my posts, very disappointing. All suggestions are appreciated, thank you. I am also on gmail if anyone knows a good google group too thanks. I am looking for specific answers please. A specific name of a group or board, not "try searching here" I have joined too many groups already that are not active, I would like honest, first hand information please. I have done plenty of my own searching as mentioned above. Thanks. hii.. I am apart of the Yahoo group MS20SOMETHING & MySpace groups and they are great and very active.. Go to Ask.com then type in your question I would say Yahoo Groups would be your best bet, you can join and have email sent to you each peice of mail or a digest of all the day's mail or you can go no mail and check the list which would make it like a message board style. I've found the newsgroup alt.support.mult-sclerosis to be a very supportive community, and quite active. Just ignore or killfile the trolls, and there is a lot of good information, and some very great people. Easiest to read if you have newsgroup access, I think, but it can also be reached through google, at Hi. My name is Bud. I understand your plight in finding message boards or reallly good information on how do deal with MS. The National MS society has good general info, but they lack in the practical networking areas. Also for us 'grey area' folks. I find that to be frustrating. |
