No, it doesn't sound like multiple sclerosis at all. I have had multiple sclerosis now for two decades. A person with MS gets tingling or numbness in their entire arm or leg not just the toes and fingers. Jerking of the entire body is not typical of MS. Coldness is also not a symptom of MS. Stop feaking yourself out. Those symptoms are so very minor.

I have sort of the same thing -- only it's a little more
extreme -- from my knee down & my elbow down my
limbs go paralyzed for an extended amount of time ( can
range from like.. an hour to a couple days). I also get the
whole pins and needles sensation, I'm constantly tired,
and I get a lot of infections. I've had many doctors think
I'm insane -- but than I recently got diagnosed with
polyarthritis with an underlying autoimmune disease.
Now the fun part (sarcasm) has been trying to figure out
which one of the 80 autoimmune diseases I have.

If I were you -- I'd def. get a second opinion.
I don't think it's multiple sclerosis but you should get an MRI
if you're really worried. If I were you (not saying this is what
you have) -- I would look into something called " fibromyalgia "

Hope this helps -- best of luck :)!
