Pt.of myeloma having D5 vertebral collapse having no neurological signs,what should be done? surgery for stabilzation of the affected vertebrae, if emergent, radiation therapy can be done, in order to halt/slow down the bone disintegration until surgery You should go to a neurologist that specializes in disk degeneration.
