My wife's doctor tells that my wife can give birth with multiple fibriods on the uterus.?

The doctor prescribes tab.dupaston to take from days 16~30 after menustrual cycles even though her ultrasonography reports is below:
Bladder: Urinary bladder is well filled & regular in outline.
Uterus : (5.5 X 10.2m) Uterus is anteverted in position & bulky in size with irregular myometrial echotexure. There are multiple solid masses attached with both anterior wall uterine fundus and posterior wall of uterine body, that represents fibroids. Size of bigger one is about 4.6 X 5.8 cm (fundal).
Endometerium : Mild collection of free fluid is noted within endometrial cavity.
Cervix : Long.
Right ovary: Size of about 2.5 X 1.9 cm.
Left ovary : Size of about 3.2 X 1.8 cm.
Ovaries: Both ovaries are normal size shape, position and contain follicles. Size of bigger follicles is about 9 mm (right) & 12 mm (left).

Please cfm that she will becoming mother & after being mother she can remove fibroids. Please !

I am no doctor but i know fibroids are harmful and yet they can also be harmless. I think she can give birth with fibroids but it depends how many and how big.
Let me share a true story with you , when my mom was around 35 i would say, she had fibroids , it was cool, nothing happened but as she got older (around 48) the fibroids were making her bleed more to the point where she couldn't stand up without extreme blood flow she had to go to the hospital and she had a hysterectomy after a very short time of taking birth control to control blood flow. ALL i am saying is i think she will be well but to keep an eye on those fibroids when she gets older ...it all depends on genetics and health though, so i am not trying to freak u out. If the doctor said she can then God willing she can and will!! So no worries. If you are truly concerned have her visit another doctor for a second opinion. But no worries, your wife (and u ) should be all set!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the doctor says something else u must not leave your wife if things change, which i doubt though bcuz i still think she'll be able to, u can always adopt a lil' baby.
or pray for one...
