Does anyone have a personal sucess story using clomid?

how long did you take it? what dose? when in your cycle did you take it ? did you have a multiple birth?

I took it 8 months ago. One round, five days, and I took it wrong. I was supposed to take it during my period and I took it after my period or vice versa, I can't remember.
I was actually expecting it to take 6 months to a year and when I was pregnant 2 weeks later I panicked a little bit.
I'm now due with a single girl in 3 weeks and planning to birth at home.
Oh yeh, and I have PCOS. Before giving me Clomid, they did an u/s and my ovaries were a mess.

I used clomid thirteen years ago. I don't remember the particular dosage but I do remember that I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year with no success. Because my cycle was unpredicatable, I had no clear pattern of ovulation. They wanted me to try clomid for five months and then if it didn't work I was going to have to use alternative methods. Well, lo and behold, I got pregnant on the last and fifth cycle. My daughter is now 12. I also found that after I had her my cycle regulated itself and I naturally conceived another child who is now 5. Clomid works!
