When the liver has multiple cysts and lesions, with pain and swelling mass..........?

I had severe pain and a mass that swelled quite a bit, so, had a CT scan showing 6 cysts and lots of lesions in my liver. I will be having an MRI. I understand that this is pretty normal for ladies in their child bearing years, especially, on birth control......but, what about someone who is 62? This is really a painful thing. Are chances that this is just 'no big deal'?

Any thing that coses that mush pain and disconfer is a big deal.If not taking care of a very big deal.Do not under estimate any medical problem
