Going on birth control pills??girls only!?

im only 14, ya i know crazy, but its not wat you think it is for!
i have multiple cysts in my ovaries & my doctor is making me go on birth control pills from 6 to 9 months to make them like go away. i dont know really im just a little confused by it all. However she said since im so tiny that i might get a lot of symptoms, what could possibly happen to me?& is there anything that i can do to prevent some symptoms?people who have gone through this, i'd really appreciate your advice as well as others! thank you

some side effects of being on the pill are nausea, headaches, dizziness and mood changes. because you are given very small dosages, however, they are not thaaaat common. probably the most common is being a bit moddier than usual for the first couple months. eating healthy and staying active does wonders for the body and mind so thats my suggestion :)

I went on birth control pills when I was 14 because my period was so bad.
Talk to your doctor about your concerns.

I got birth control at 14 too.... i'm now 19 and am still on it.. I was only gonna be on ity for a few months too but once you get on it n get started you will be fine you will love them.... AND if you start getting sick on the eat be4 you take them it helps alot......AND the symptoms aint that bad they will drive you crazy tho.....
