Rhythmic Movement Disorder??

when i was a toddler i always use to rock my head back and fourth , im pretty sure i did it coz i hated hearing sounds at night or i was just scared...

anyways..im 13 now and i dont rock my head before i go to sleep anymore.
But When i have sleepovers my freinds always wake me up and when i wake up my head is rocking !!! i dont do it on purpose it just happens.

it probably is anoying people who have to sleep around me

AND it is certainly bothering me!
does anyone else have this problem??
