I am a very light-sleeper. One squeak or movement outside the window or door will surely wake me up.? |
Whether I'm stressed or not stressed. I think it is perfectly normal.... I am a light sleeper at times... and sometimes I am a heavy sleeper.... Think of it this way if someone where to sneak up on you.. you would hear them..HA!!! chk ur dynasty I'm a light sleeper too. I've never been diagnosed with anything. I think it's normal. How old are you? I used to be a light sleeper but eventually grew out of it. I have dogs now-they alert me to strange noises. I do not worry and sleep better now. Try deep sleep hynosis and relaxation therapy. You can download them from any popular free sharing programme. me too you are ok then I don't know if I'm spelling this right but Como esta? My wife is Philippina! I'm the same way...except with light. Even the LCD on the digital clock is enough to keep me awake. I have to cover it up. I don't think we're abnormal...just hyper-sensitive. Have you tried earplugs when sleeping? I know it sounds dangerous, but test to make sure you can still hear your fire alarm and, if not, get one of those flashing light alarms that they make for deaf people. |
