I need a good doctor !!!!!?

i am looking for a neurologist for my nephew....he has got ataxic telecgectasia a cerebal palsy.
he has been to doctors all over australia and i am looking for one anywhere in the world now.
my nephew is soo beautiful but the only thing is he has got a movement disorder, im not asking for his sickness to go, which i would hope it does, but im looking for someone to give him good medication or anything that would help him run around and experience kids activities.
if you know of any please send the name of the doctor and where in the world they are.
