If your lower jaw is tilted to one side, usually this is a skeletal problem. Meaning, that is is a problem with the growth of the bones of the lower jaw (Mandible). If you are talking about just the soft tissue sagging on one side, this can be a type of "Bell's Palsy". It sounds like you are talking about the bone though. You can tell if your chin is not in line with your nose (a rough estimate). Usually this is a result of an overgrowth of one side of the jaw; a condition called "Unilateral Mandibular Hypertrophy". Often it is they hypertrophy of one of the condyles (the part of the lower jaw that hinges with your skull). Often this problem is only corrected by Orthognagthic Surgery (Oral Surgery). My advice to you is to have it evaluated either by your General Dentist who may refer you to either an Oral Surgeon or an Orthodontist!
