Motion sickness/ light headed?

I just came back from the Dr. did a pregnancy blood test. I'll get the results on Monday. took HPT and they came out negative.

OK here's the problem
before my period my areola was getting darker which i thought could be from my period soon to come. my period did come four days earlier lite then heavy and lite again.
So I thought I can't be pregnant. But after my period my areola and nipples keep getting darker and they stay hard all day. I'm also feeling motion sickness but not moving. When i eat and brush my teeth I feel like vomiting. I could rule out all the other symptoms but my nipples and areola are scaring me. when I told my Dr. he didn't say much.
please help what do you think?

i would say your pregnant. otherwise i don't know.
