Motion sickness from video games ? help me i have a problem !?

well 2 weeks ago i found out it was video games that cause me having vertigo/motion sickness....ever since then i stopped playing...i take 25mg pill of mezline= once a day. it has slowly gotten better. but sometimes it comes back in the afternoon times when im at school...what can i do to prevent this ? is there better medicine to take ?...because i want it to go away for good.

should i sell my xbox 360 and get on with life ?...and btw, my favorite game is gears of war.....

Meclizine is the best medication out there for vertigo (it's actually the main ingredient in dramamine over the counter as well). If it's not working all the time....it does come in a higher strength. You may want to ask the doctor to change you to the 50mg or ask if you can take 2 of the 25mg tablets to help with it. Hope you're feeling better soon....

you need serious help don't go to a Doctor go to a expert and you don't have to sell your X-box 360 to prevent it from coming just don't play too long at a time and when you feel uncomfortable
lie down and rest after you feel better play again

you didn't tell us how many hours a day you spend on those video games

yes, it is better just sell it, videogames are interesting and fun, but think about it, what do you gain from playing them? you sit there, you waste the food you eat, you waste the electricity, you won't gain anything for yourself at all; it is a total waste of time

so quit the video game, your vertigo will go away
