How do you prevent motion sickness & ENJOY ROLLER COASTER? PLEASE REPLY ASAP W SUGGESTION GOING VAC SOON.?

I HAVE THE BAD CASE OF MOTION SICKNESS... I DON'T THROW UP OR ANYTHING BUT I GET THE QUEZZY FEELING AND MY HEART IS POUNDING VERY FAST AND FEEL LIKE MY BODY/ HEART/ STOMACH IS GOING UP AND DOWN. I CAN'T SIT IN A CAR AND NOT FEEL THAT. RIDE PLANE AND BOAT ARE THE WORST. BASICALLY ANYTHING IN MOTION CAUSE ME PAIN.. I AM GOING ON VACATION TO LA IN 5 DAYS. JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT ANSWER AT YAHOO. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY AND RIDE ROLLER COAST WITH FRIENDS AND FEEL BAD THAT I HAVE TO MISS OUT ON 90% OF ALL THE RIDES. I WANT TO KNOW IF ANY BODY OTHER HAVE MOTION SICKNESS PROBLEM AND WHAT THEY DID TO PREVENT IT. I TRIED DRAMINIE AND THEY DON'T WORK VERY WELL I FOUND MY SELF POPPING ONE AFTER ANOTHER LIKE DRUGS. I TRY SEABANDS WHAT A WASTE IT DOES NOTHING. I TRIED THE BANDS U PUT AROUND YOUR WRIST TO SHOCK YOUR FINGER IT WORK A BIT BUT THE TINGLELY FEELING HURT 2 MUCH. THE OVER THE EAR PATCH WORK THE BEST STILL FEEL MOTION SICKNESS. I HEARD THE GINGER THING. SUGGESTIONS (THANKS IN ADVANCE)

If you go to your doctor, they can prescribe a more powerful anti-nausea medication that will be much more effective than anything you could buy over the counter.

You can actually go to a drug store like rite aid or eckerd they have products for that.I've tried it before it works but it takes some time by the way enjoy your vacation.
