Videogames/motion sickness?

Ive never had problems with videogame caused motion sickness before and I think its only because this but I couldnb't read the screen so well so I tried playing video games with my glasses on and I could see a lot better but I started feeling car sick
do you think its just cause of the glasses?

i have glasses, and i also play videogame and occasionally i feel as if im car sick. I also become car sick when I wear my glasses too long. it could be the glasses, i suppose.
