Altitude sickness? anyone else ever been skiing and seeing the trees go by give you motion sickness maybe? i had never been skiing before

Some people are sensitive to high altitudes and take time to adjust. If you are short of breath and have a headache that is a sign of altitude sickness. Being dizzy may not be. Drink lots of fluid because you will become dehydrated at altitude before you know it, and the sun is much brighter even though the temperature is cold. Try to take it easy the first few days until you feel better. Skiing is a lot of fun so I hope you try again.
