Mosquito Bites??

I walk every morning for 2-2 1/2 hrs early in the morning and I get attacked by mosquitos!! I used off-spray but that doesn't work. Any other suggestions??I have mosquito bites everywhere on my arms and legs even my neck. I look like I have chicken pox lol. Any ideas?? Thanks

Homeopathic Treatment for Mosquito bites :-
LEDUM PAL 30C will relieve and cure mosquito bites very quickly and without any side effects or complications of any kind.
Take care and God Bless you !

mix sugar and water then rub that all over your body.

um.....how about using a different kind of bugspray?

How about wearing clothes that cover the unprotected areas.

Avon Skin-so-Soft lotion works GREAT! My family doesn't use bug spray anymore, and it smells WAY better than bug spray.

Try getting some screens on your windows!

try vapo rub

Wear black clothes, and get the anti-sweat sports stuff. It really does work. Other then that, you're on your own!! Lol. Sorry.

Cover your self in garlic. Or eat a lot of garlic.

get 'peacefull sleep'. product available in south africa.

stab it with a needle an sqeeze out all the saliva.

Whatever you do, son't do the sugar water, that only attracts them. Get fabric softener sheet and rub your arms and legs with it then put it in your pocket. That will keep them away!

SUGAR AND WATER WILL ATTRACT THEM DUDE YOUR MEAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!

My granddaughter just went to the doctor for that very reason, it sounds like they are attracted to you as well. First of all the doctor had us put a mixture of baking soda and water on the bites. Had her take oral benadryl and cortizone cream for the bites. Most likely its because of your shampoo, perfume, deodorant smell that attracks them. The strongest spray is HEET, try that and see if it works. And wear long sleeves, pants and socks. It should be white and light weight material. I know that its hot out so you will probably a little uncomfortable in the heat but I think the bites are much more annoying. :)

try the new spray ,i think its off ,but it keeps mosquito's off even when you sweat.

Avon's skin so soft works for me and my children my daughter is allergic and they don't bite her with it on, iy also is spf 15 which is nice.

Eat garlic DAILY

I live in Florida and Avon sells a body oil called Skin So Soft and it really works keeping mosquitos off. It even works for pets if you put a little on them, the fleas stay away from them.. and it makes your skin, oh so soft!

When I used to drink a lot of alcohol and smoke the skeeters never bothered me. Now that I don't do those things they swarm all over me....go figure. Offer them a teeny-tiny drink and smoke and see if that gets them to back off!

Move to Colorado, stay inside in the early mornings and at dusk, and any where there is water, they will come.

They are atracted to sugar, so I wouldn't recommend rubbing it all over your body unless you want the bites everywhere :) Your best bet is to purchase repelant especially made for mosquitos. Try to find sweat proof since you walk a lot.

Good luck.

Take garlic supplements. Mosquitoes hate that. you won't get as many bite and there's really no negative effects of it.

Buy you some Tea Tree Oil at a health food store. Mix about 100 drops with water, in a spray bottle, spray on and rub in.

take vitamin b, i heard it keeps them away

There's sun block with bug repelent in it, that works better because you rub it on to your skin and doesn't come off as easy when you sweat.

I've notice sprays wear off when I'm active like walking or playing sports.

Good luck.

I heard that if you stick a bounce sheet in your pocket with a little sticking out, it will repel them. I don't know if that is accurate. I heard that Skin so soft by Avon is good too.

Off spray didn't work for my gnat and flea bites, either. Try Lanacane cream, it works good.

I'm from Minnesota, here we know that all bug sprays are a lie.
You have to cover your skin.

If you eat a lot of fruit, cut out bananas. They can smell it through your sweat and sebaceous (oil) glands. It can be detected through the bug spray.

I have heard if you take a bounce sheet from the dryer( a strong scented one) and rub it on you and put it in like a pocket of your clothes afterward it will keep the bugs and misquitos away. Also Avon makes a skin so soft bug and misquitos lotion to keep the bugs away, it is in a green bottle. Good luck:)
p.s. to get the bites healed use hydrocortizone creme for itch or benedryl lotion, then to heal the scares use neosporane. Happy bug fighting.lol

Mosquitos are attracted to your body temp so you are a bit stuffed, especially if you sweat. The only thing you can really do is cover up or get really hairy.
