Mosquito bites but I haven't seen any mosquitos? |
I just bought a house in December. In the back yard about 200 feet away is a large section of woods. I do not have any standing water around my house nearby. Just in the last 5 days I have had so many mosquitos bites. And I may add, the bites are in "not the obvious places" one would get mosquito bites. I have a few on my legs but the others are near my groin area and on the middle of my back. Have a dog? They may be flea bites. My neice had them when she was little. Damn the little buggers. Or check under your mattress for bedbugs, lice, or chiggers, esp around the edges of your mattress and boxspring. People don't feel them when they bite, but the bumps come a day or so later. So you may not have gotten the bites outside. I'd do a really good mattress/boxspring check if I were you. It doesn't mean your house is dirty or anything like that. You can bring them in on your clothing or in a suitcase that you had somewhere else (such as a hotel). It happens. It sounds like your house is infested with spiders! Get a couple bug bombs and bomb the place! It seriously sounds like spiders because one time, I was the victim of a spider nest attack in my bed. Or mabe it's some other type of bug, fleas mabe? Bomb and then deep clean!! you don't need to see mosquitos to have a "bite". it's summertime in the Northern hemisphere and skeeters are normally occuring. try using bug spray. With the deep woods you don't need to have any standing water to have mosquitos and you don't need to see them either. Your sure they are mosquitoes not spider bites. If they are you might also need to bomb back yard close to woods for mosquitoes. |
